Soon to be former first lady, Laura Bush, will soon be an author. She is in talks with many different publishers who are currently bidding for the rights to publish her memoir.

Laura Bush is said to be planning to write about her family’s time in the White House.

A literary agent has said that Mrs. Bush’s book was a good way to test the waters. He also said that Laura was much more popular than her husband at the moment. Publishers are said to be waiting for 5 years or so to publish George W. Bush’s memoir as he is so unpopular during this time.

Books by wives of presidents have been documented to sell well and attract more public interest, as they usually write from a personal perspective, and do not focus on the government.

McCain expressed wanting to suspend campaigning so he can go to Washington. He is said to help negotiate a financial bailout bill.

Obama’s camp has expressed that to them, the debate is on! Obama fully tends to debate!

McCain has even asked the Commission on Presidential Debates to postpone the scheduled debate! He also has said that he has called Obama to join him in Washington.

Asked for an opinion, a democratic representative has said that the going-on activities in Capitol hill shouldn’t stop the debate from taking place!
